Whether you're hopping around our 7,107 islands or hanging out with one of the millions of Filipinos worldwide, KalyeSpeak can help you speak your mind freely!
KalyeSpeak is practical, fun, even entertaining at times. We will not bore you with textbook dictation and miles and miles of memorization. Our lessons get right down to the vernacular -- just as how it is spoken in the street. This way, you can rule shopping, watch what you eat, and even delight that cute little Filipina on the beach.
Learn Filipino, as Filipinos speak it.

cris, micks, jov, lupet! =) and kimie!
Another great lesson. Keep up the good work.
Not sure about the use of the phrase "TT" talk. We used to have a horse running in SoCal called TT Tight whose name always got a laugh from the Filipino crowd when announced.
Thanks Bill. We deliberately used TT as an insider's joke. Hehehe. Thanks for the input, we have new lessons coming up. But if you have anything specific that you want to learn, let us know. :) Salamat.
If a fat white boy from Boston can figure out "TT"...it's not so "inside"..ha (although I have a lot of help)!
For some future lessons I recommend you posture it so that you introduce the Philippines to children of over seas Filipinos that have never seen the Philppines (this may be an audience...moreover following CP model you know some of the most effective Newbie and Elementary Lessons use a child's approach/voice when introducing basic topics).
Haha, TT!
Thanks Bill! Will do just that! Salamat! :)

I've been trying out the Tagalog from the lessons with the family and friends on the phone. I'm getting lots of laughs.
Great fun....Thanks.
Looking forward to the next lesson.
(you may want to point out that the root laguage is Malay / Indonesian (is it Bahasa...where's Autie68 when we need her)
Bill M.
Thanks Bill! Will upload new episodes this week! Glad you guys enjoyed it :)
Yup, we'll look into the Bahasa-Malay root of Tagalog. :) See you in the forums of both Cpod and here. :)
